TERMS + CONDITIONS
Rates are calculated in Thai Baht. Extra nights or weeks for guests staying at least a month are calculated using the discounted rate.
During the months of May through August the Mango House kitchen, bar and reception area (unless previously arranged with management) are closed.
From May through August the villas are available for booking of a week or longer with cleaning once a week. In-villa cooking facilities are available with fresh seafood and other supplies readily available. Several restaurants, markets and transportation/tourism services operate year-around in Lanta Old Town.
Rates are based on 2 people per villa bedroom. One person per extra bed only is permitted. Breakfast is not included in the price but the restaurant offers fairly priced in-room breakfast service. Villas are cleaned ever second day for visits of three days or under. Weekly and monthly rental units are cleaned two times a week with daily garbage pick-up and towel service.

PAYMENT + CANCELLATIONS
Pre-booking a villa at Mango House, as well as airport transfers to and from Mango House, requires payment from a valid credit card through a PayPal account or a SWIFT Bank Transfer. For accommodation bookings we require a 50% pre-payment to confirm the booking with the remaining 50% due when checking in.
If your arrival date is 45 days or less from the time of your booking or your booking includes part of Peak Season (Dec 15-Jan 15) 100% prepayment is required.
For our Private Airport Transfer service we require 100% pre-payment to confirm the booking with our reliable 3rd party supplier.
For guests staying a month or more a refundable one-month security deposit is required with the signing of our short-term rental agreement.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund less10% of the total booking charge or 2,000 Baht (whichever is greater) to cover transfer fees and administration.
Cancellations 2 weeks before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund on the total booking amount or 2,000 Baht (whichever is greater) to cover transfer fees, administration and lost booking opportunities.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival and “No Shows” will not receive a refund but management, depending on the circumstances, may reschedule the guests stay for another time when availability permits.
